SpotPlayTV respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, including the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD).

We may process registration and contact data, such as name, email and telephone number; account and profile data; subscription and payment information; playback history, favorites and preferences; technical data, such as IP address, browser, device, operating system, access logs and cookies; and information sent to support.

Full card details can be processed directly by the payment provider. In this situation, SpotPlayTV only receives information necessary to confirm and manage the transaction, such as payment status, amount and reference.

2. What we use the data for

We use the data to create and manage accounts and profiles; release content according to the contracted plan; process subscriptions; maintain history and preferences; offer support; improve performance and security; prevent fraud and abuse; send essential communications; comply with legal obligations; and, where permitted, personalize the experience.

We may also share information when required by law, court decision or competent authority. We do not sell personal data.

The main account must be created and managed by a person capable of hiring. Children's profiles must be used under the supervision of a parent.
